Ignatius Grande
President
Ignatius Grande has been advising clients on issues relating to electronic discovery, information management, and data privacy for more than 15 years. With his legal and technical expertise, he is able to bridge the gap that can exist between IT and legal/compliance personnel. Ignatius has worked with both law firms and companies to guide them through the eDiscovery and the forensic investigation process and has overseen the collection and production of data for several HSR Second Requests. Ignatius has served as formal eDiscovery liaison for clients and has represented parties in eDiscovery disputes before a variety of regulators. He works with companies on their data privacy practices and advises companies on how they can comply with data privacy laws in the U.S. and abroad.

Peter J. Borella, Esq, CEDS, CIPP/US/E, with over 10 years’ legal industry experience, consults with law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies on all areas of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). He is also a member of the Executive Board for the NY Metro ACEDS Chapter and currently serves as its Vice President. Peter holds a certification in eDiscovery through ACEDS, as well as two privacy certifications through the IAPP.

Rahul Chhabra is an experienced legal and compliance project manager in advising legal teams on strategic use of technologies. He is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and Certified Information Privacy Professional /United States (CIPP/US) with a Masters degree from New York University in Information Systems. He has over 10 years of experience designing workflow solutions for complex matters using artificial intelligence, machine learning and advanced analytics. Having successfully worked on a variety of matters including complex cross border disputes, government and internal investigations and intellectual property litigation, he is a subject matter expert in eDiscovery with experience dealing with terabytes of structured and unstructured data and managing all aspects of Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Lindita Nuculli

Lindita Nuculli is a Senior Client Advisor at BlueStar Case Solutions, Inc. In this role Lindita consults with her clients on best case strategies as well as leverages resources and relationships to ensure proper execution. Lindita provides consultation on projects that span across eDiscovery, document review, artificial intelligence, compliance and data privacy to law firm and corporate clients. Lindita has the unique ability to foster client relationships by leading with an individually focused and innovative approach. In addition to her role at BlueStar, Lindita currently sits on the board of ACEDS – NYC Metro Chapter as the Director of Marketing, is a member of the Social and Charity Committee of Women in eDiscovery (WIE), and a volunteer of Part of the Solution (POTS).

Jared Meyer, CEDS

Jared Meyer is an associate in the litigation department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Jared focuses his practice on counseling the Firm and clients on electronic discovery from a legal and technical standpoint. Jared manages the discovery process for merger investigations, civil litigations, third party subpoenas, internal investigations and government inquiries. In addition to Jared’s work in the field of electronic discovery, he coordinates the response of corporate clients and the Firm to insider trading investigations by FINRA and other regulators.

James Sherer is a Partner in the New York office of BakerHostetler, where he is a co-leader of the Emerging Technology team for the Digital Assets and Data Management Group and directs the firm’s Artificial Intelligence and Information Governance engagements. James holds an MBA, the CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, and PLS data privacy professional credentials, the CIP and IGP information governance designations, the UCLA Extension Global Cyber Institute’s Cybersecurity Certification, and the CEDS and eDPC eDiscovery specialist credentials. James is U.S. and Global Chambers® Ranked for eDiscovery, a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and serves as a member of The Sedona Conference® Working Groups One, Six, and Eleven.

As senior director at ACEDS, Maribel is responsible for local chapter, membership, event management, and strategic partner engagement. A seasoned professional who has helped brands and businesses connect with their audiences and achieve their goals, her breadth of experience, strategic and creative abilities unlock innovation and bring business ideas to life. Prior to ACEDS, she consulted for a variety of private clients in technology, education, and recruiting, crafting and leading marketing and operations solutions for small and mid-sized companies. She also worked as director of sales operations for Fronteo USA Inc. An active member of Women in eDiscovery and ARMA Metro NYC, she also devotes time to charitable work. She speaks regularly on marketing and diversity and inclusion. When she isn’t working, Maribel enjoys traveling, reading, education and working out.
